What’s new

QuickBooks Online and referral rewards

• ImprovedQuickBooks Online, included in your plan. The owner connects it under Integrations → QuickBooks Online and picks which accounts each part of the day goes to. Then, once a day is over, press Send day to QuickBooks: that day’s sales — services, retail, memberships, tips, gift cards and sales tax, whatever your clients paid with — go across as one journal entry, per location. Nothing in QuickBooks is ever changed or deleted.
• ImprovedThe Integrations page is tidier: getting paid and your books first, everyday connections next.
• ImprovedReferral rewards. Say what a referral earns on the new Referrals page and every client gets their own link to share. When a friend they send has their first visit checked out, the client who sent them gets an email or text saying they earned your reward, and it shows under Rewards owed until you mark it given. You can also set “Referred by” on any client card, and a friend who books online from the link is linked for you.
• ImprovedSettings → Features & Modules now has a switch for Referral rewards beside Reviews and Loyalty. Switching one off hides it everywhere and stops anything it sends; your data is kept.

Google review requests

• ImprovedAsk every client for a Google review, automatically. Paste your Google review link on the Reviews page and turn it on: a couple of hours after a visit is checked out, your client gets one short email and/or text with a link straight to Google’s star picker — plus one reminder 3 days later if they didn’t tap it. It goes out between 8 AM and 6 PM your time, a client is asked at most once every 90 days, and never again once they tapped.
• ImprovedYour own review page and a QR code for the front desk, counts of who was asked and who tapped (by month and by team member), and “Ask for a review” on any recent visit.
• ImprovedYour Google review link moved from Integrations to the Reviews page. “Ask recent clients” now sends the same tracked request — never without your link, and never to anyone who opted out.

Sign in with a passkey

• ImprovedSign in with a passkey — Face ID, a fingerprint or your device PIN instead of your password and code. Add one under My Account → Passkeys; your password still works too.
• ImprovedA small blue dot now marks what’s new, for your first few days with it. Click it and it goes away.
• ImprovedWe email you whenever your password is changed, so you’ll know at once if it wasn’t you.

Emails for card payments

• ImprovedEmails when card payments turn on or off, when Stripe is ready, and every time a client pays by card — plus a receipt for your client. Choose who gets them under Integrations → Card payments.

Card payments run on your own Stripe account

• ImprovedCard payments are now an add-on: $10 a month on your ChairPilot Pro subscription — one price however many locations you run — for paid subscriptions. Turn it on under Integrations → Card payments. It covers checkout cards and card readers, booking deposits, card holds and no-show fees, pay links, cards on file and membership billing. Cash and gift-card sales are unchanged.
• ImprovedConnect your Stripe account with one click instead of pasting keys. Already use Stripe? Choose “I already use Stripe” and sign in — your saved cards, customers and card readers keep working. New to Stripe? “Set up Stripe” walks you through it. Payments land straight in your account, Stripe takes its usual fee from each one, and refunds and disputes are handled in your own Stripe dashboard. Square works as before, with the add-on.

Reports for any dates, and every number as a spreadsheet

• NewReports cover any period: 7, 30 or 90 days, this year, or your own from and to dates on your salon’s calendar.
• NewDownload the period as a CSV: every sale (client, team member, services, payment method, tip), revenue by day, services and products, payment methods and team performance with commission.
• FixedBusiest days and busiest hours count the appointments in the period you picked, not every appointment ever, and leave cancelled ones out.

Every ticket and idea has a number

• ImprovedEvery support ticket and idea now has a number, like CP-12. You’ll see it in Help & Support and at the start of every email about it, so it’s easy to point us to the right one.

Our whole reply, right in your inbox

• ImprovedWhen we answer one of your support tickets or feature requests, the email now has our whole reply in it — and any screenshots — so you can read it without signing in. Reply to the email to answer back.

Screenshots and PDFs on feature request replies

• ImprovedOur replies to your feature requests can now include screenshots and PDFs too, which you can open from Help & Support → Feature requests.

Screenshots and PDFs in support replies

• ImprovedSupport replies can now include screenshots and PDFs, which you can open from Help & Support.

Close your account yourself, and change your mind for 30 days

• ImprovedClose your account from Settings whenever you like. If you are on a paid plan it runs to the end of what you paid for, our emails stop, and everything is kept for 30 days — sign in during that time and one click reopens it exactly as you left it. Prefer it gone now? You can erase everything immediately instead.

Reply to support from your inbox

• ImprovedReply to any ChairPilot Pro support email straight from your inbox — the answer lands on your ticket or idea under Help & Support, attachments noted, and we pick it up from there. No need to sign in to write back.

A mailing address on every client

• ImprovedYour client book keeps a mailing address — street, apartment, city, state and ZIP. It shows on the client’s card, so a thank-you card or a postal mailer has somewhere to go.
• ImprovedA Prefers post tag, beside VIP and the rest, for the clients who would rather hear from you by mail.
• FixedThe Notes box on a dialog can no longer be dragged wider than the dialog itself.

Your ideas are private

• ImprovedFeature requests now go straight to us and stay between your salon and the ChairPilot Pro team — you see the ones you have sent, with our replies and where each one stands, and nobody else does. The shared idea board and its upvotes are gone.
• ImprovedSupport email goes to the person who wrote in, not to everyone on the account. If a manager opens a ticket or posts an idea, our reply reaches them.

Feature requests get answered, and discounts on Billing & Plan

• ImprovedA discount we offer you shows on Billing & Plan — what it is, what you would pay and how long you have — and applies itself at checkout or when you resume. Nothing to type, no code to lose.
• ImprovedWhen we reply to an idea on the Feature Requests board, the reply shows under it for every salon that voted and reaches you by email — so posting an idea is a conversation, not a message in a bottle.

A clearer welcome when you subscribe

• FixedThe message after checkout now reflects what actually happened to your subscription rather than assuming it went through, so a payment that did not complete is never reported as active.
• ImprovedSubscribing lands you back on an unlocked account with a little confetti, and the welcome walkthrough no longer restarts over the top of it.
• ImprovedA confirmation email arrives when your subscription starts: what you’re paying, where to find your invoices, and how to cancel.

A tidier settings page

• FixedSettings cards fit their contents, with balanced columns, compact theme previews and neatly aligned business hours on phones and desktops.

Reliable team access and working hours

• FixedOwners can correct an unverified invitation’s email, and pending invitations are labeled in Users & Roles.
• FixedPassword resets and deactivation now end existing sessions and clear remembered access. Reactivation requires a fresh sign-in.
• FixedLocation edits are owner-only. Invalid working hours are rejected with an explanation so you can correct and save them.

Safer deposits and membership renewals

• FixedCheckout settles any remaining booking deposit, and charging deposits requires payment permission.
• FixedA temporary problem checking a payment keeps the original payment available for recovery without starting another charge.
• FixedMembership payments retain their original price and billing period while processing. Renewals and refunds now update client spending correctly.

More reliable booking and payments

• FixedOnline booking rechecks availability before reserving a time and keeps the salon’s opening hours correct through daylight-saving changes.
• FixedRequired deposits confirm a booking only after payment, including when a card hold is also required.
• FixedDeposits, payment links and no-show fees recover pending payments without duplicate collection. Cards can complete bank authentication before payment is confirmed.
• FixedFull refunds of unused gift-card purchases void the issued cards; spent cards and partial purchase refunds are held for review.

Reliable checkout and easier account recovery

• FixedReader payments wait for confirmation, interrupted checkouts can be checked again, and failed payments leave stock and gift cards untouched.
• FixedCheckout applies paid deposits, redeems gift-card balances, and issues every gift card purchased. Receipts show the issued codes.
• NewCancel client memberships or retry a failed membership payment. Annual and quarterly renewal dates now follow the selected cycle.
• FixedPassword recovery signs out old sessions, forgets remembered devices and clears account lockouts. Blank setup codes keep you on the verification step.
• ImprovedRevenue reports subtract refunds. Marketing labels email opens as not tracked, and failed checkout buttons return to a clear retry state.

You now know when an email did not arrive

• NewBooking confirmations, day-before reminders and campaigns now report back. When the mail server cannot deliver one, the appointment shows “not delivered” with the reason, the client gets a red “email bouncing” badge on their card and in your client list, you get an email about it, and the bell rings in the app — so a client who never got their reminder is not read as a client who ignored it.
• NewA campaign card shows what actually happened: sent to 40 · 38 delivered · 2 bounced · 5 clicked. A client whose address is bouncing is left out of the next blast and counted, and a client who marked your email as spam is told apart from one whose address is dead — that one you reach by phone, not by resending.
• ImprovedFix the address on the client and mail goes out again; a later delivery to the same address clears the flag on its own. Payment links show “opened” once the client has looked at the page.

Card forms that really take a card, a booking page that answers straight, and a stylist login that sees their own chair

• FixedThe card forms on your payment links, on the “card to hold the slot” step and on a client’s Add card on file now really take a card. They are Stripe’s own secure fields on YOUR Stripe account, nothing is marked paid or held until Stripe confirms it, and a card that will not go through says so instead of showing a tick. A card saved before this release was never really on file — ask the client for it again.
• Fixed“Start free trial” from a guide, a comparison page or any footer now opens the sign-up form instead of a sign-in screen.
• FixedThe set-up link in your welcome email opens a properly laid-out page — it was rendering unstyled.
• ImprovedYour booking page says “still setting up” until somebody is on the team, and offers the next day that actually has openings instead of repeating “no times available”. Times can be picked with a keyboard now, and a booking needs an email or a phone number so the confirmation has somewhere to go.
• ImprovedA stylist login must be linked to the team member it belongs to, so it only ever shows that stylist’s own day — and My Day no longer offers Take payment to someone who cannot open the till.
• ImprovedSign-up asks for your name, so the app greets you by it instead of “Owner”, and the “check your email” message no longer appears in a red error box.
• ImprovedImport preview separates the rows that will not import from the ones that import with a field left blank, and a hair salon is no longer asked which column holds the pet’s breed.
• ImprovedBilling counts your trial days correctly (a 7-day trial says 7), empty charts say “no data yet” instead of showing a blank panel, and an empty client list says so rather than “no clients found”.
• FixedMy Day fits a phone screen — the page no longer scrolls sideways.

Hold the slot with a card, read what clients text back, and bring your client list with you

• NewCard to hold the slot. Turn it on in Settings and an online booking isn’t confirmed until the client puts a card on file — nothing is charged, and you set the no-show fee you can charge from the appointment if the chair sits empty. New salons start with it on; your booking page is unchanged until you switch it on yourself.
• NewYour clients can text you back. Paste one URL from Integrations into Twilio and a reply reaches the app: “Y” confirms the appointment, “R” sends them your booking link, “STOP” stops the texts for good, and anything else lands on the appointment and pings whoever is doing it.
• NewMy Day — a phone view for the chair. Today’s clients in order, with check in, start, mark done and take payment as one tap each. Stylists land here when they sign in.
• NewImport your client list from a CSV. Clients → Import: pick the file, check the columns, see the first twenty rows exactly as they will land, then import. Clients you already have are left alone unless you say otherwise, and the same file can never import twice.
• ImprovedMarking a booking as a no-show from the calendar works again — the button was sending a spelling the server stopped accepting in the last release.

Your booking page is protected, your team’s roles are enforced, and prices show cents

• ImprovedYour public booking page now has abuse limits. Someone who tries to flood it with fake appointments is stopped after a few, so your client list and your confirmation emails stay yours.
• ImprovedRoles do what the Team page says they do. A stylist login can no longer reach your reports, your service menu, your settings or your till from outside the app — the server checks, not just the menu.
• NewAdding someone to your team sends them a set-up link instead of a temporary password. They choose their own password, nobody else ever knows it, and two-factor plus backup codes are set up in the same step.
• NewChanging your sign-in email now sends a code to the NEW address and only switches once you confirm it — a typo can never lock you out of your own salon again.
• ImprovedMoney shows cents everywhere. A $45.50 sale used to read as $46 on your dashboard and on a client’s lifetime spend.
• NewSettings has a time zone. “Today” on your dashboard, your book and your reminders is now your shop’s today, wherever our servers happen to be.
• ImprovedUnsubscribe links in your marketing emails ask for a confirmation click. Mail scanners were quietly unsubscribing clients who never touched the link.
• NewPrivacy Policy and Terms of Service are published at chairpilotpro.com/privacy and /terms, linked from every page.
• ImprovedBackups keep more history: every copy from the last hour, an hourly copy for a day, and a daily copy for two weeks.
• ImprovedA mistyped web address now gets a real “page not found” page instead of quietly showing the home page.
• ImprovedThe welcome tour stays on the Dashboard where it belongs, instead of following you onto every other page.

Tighter sign-in, a one-click unsubscribe on every campaign, and cancel that reaches Stripe

• ImprovedFive wrong sign-in codes send you back to the password screen instead of leaving you on a code box that will never accept anything — enter your password again and a fresh code is on its way.
• ImprovedTurning off the emailed code or removing your authenticator app now asks for your current password first, so nobody who picks up an open session can quietly weaken your sign-in.
• NewMy Account → Two-factor authentication has a “Forget all” for the computers you chose to remember: each one asks for a code again at its next sign-in.
• ImprovedEvery campaign email carries a one-click unsubscribe that mail apps like Gmail show as their own Unsubscribe button. Anyone who uses it is skipped from your next send automatically.
• ImprovedA campaign that has been sent stays as it was sent — it can no longer be edited or deleted, so your sending history is always the truth.
• ImprovedCancelling or resuming your subscription tells Stripe first. If Stripe cannot make the change, nothing changes on your account and the page says so, instead of showing a state that billing never heard about.
• ImprovedNew passwords everywhere — reset, change and set-up — follow the same rule: 8+ characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.

Sign in with your authenticator app — and the prompt now says which code it wants

• ImprovedAdd an authenticator app under My Account → Two-factor authentication and it becomes what you are asked for at sign-in. Without one, nothing changes: a 6-digit code still arrives by email.
• ImprovedThe sign-in prompt now names the code it is actually asking for, instead of offering both when only one was sent.
• NewPhone flat or left behind? “Email me a code instead” on the sign-in prompt sends a fresh code to your email address.

Your clients get a confirmation and a day-before reminder

• NewEvery client with an email address now gets a confirmation the moment an appointment is booked — from your booking page or by your team — with the service, the time, who they are seeing and where. Replies come straight to your inbox.
• NewThe day before each appointment, ChairPilot emails the client a reminder, once, during the daytime. Connect your own Twilio account under Integrations and it texts them too. Moving an appointment sends a fresh one for the new time.
• ImprovedBoth are on by default and switchable under Settings → Email notifications → Your clients. A client who unsubscribed from marketing still hears about their own appointment.

Booth rent vs commission, settled on your numbers

• ImprovedA free booth rent vs commission calculator at chairpilotpro.com/tools/booth-rent-vs-commission — put in what you would charge for a chair and what you would split, and it shows which model pays you more, plus the weekly revenue where the two cross over. It also spells out the classification rules that decide whether booth rent is even lawful for you. Free and open to anyone, no sign-in.

Everything about you in one corner — and a sidebar you can collapse

• FixedYou shouldn't have to sign in again just because you popped over to our website and came back. Your session now lives where your browser keeps it safe — Safari in particular clears the kind of storage we were using — so it holds for two weeks of use instead of quietly disappearing. Signing out still signs you out immediately.
• ImprovedYour business name now sits under the logo at the top of the sidebar, so it says whose workspace you are in at a glance.
• ImprovedSigning out is a plain "Sign out" button in the bottom-left corner, instead of the small symbol it used to be.
• NewCollapse the sidebar to a slim icon rail when you want more room for the page — click Collapse under the logo. It remembers your choice on that device.
• ImprovedMy Account is a short list now — your email, your password and your two-factor settings, each with its state on the line and its controls beside it, instead of three forms stacked down one long scroll. Click Change and the form you need opens in place.
• ImprovedOpen it from the gear beside your name in the bottom-left corner. The avatar that used to sit in the top-right corner is gone — your name and your business name were already in the sidebar, so it was saying the same thing twice.
• ImprovedThe activity-sound bell moved down beside your name in the bottom-left corner, next to the gear that opens My Account — everything about you is in one place now.
• ImprovedReplaying the welcome tour lives in Help & Support. The tour used to point at My Account, which was the wrong place.

One simple price — $49/mo per location, everything included

• ImprovedPricing just got simple: one plan at $49/month per location, with every feature and unlimited team members included. No more tiers, no more feature gates — inventory, gift cards, memberships, marketing, loyalty, reviews and full reports are on for everyone. If you were already subscribed, nothing changes for you.
• NewAdd a location right from your Billing page (or the Locations tab) — it joins your subscription immediately. Remove one any time and it stops billing; its history stays saved.

A new look: Velvet Lounge, and a way back out of the live demo

• ImprovedThe live demo now has a “← Back” button in the banner, so you can hop back to the website when you’re done poking around.
• NewA second dark theme — Velvet Lounge 🍷, after-dark salon glamour in deep plum and rose neon. Pick it in Settings → Look & feel, where Modern Dark is now Neon Nights.

Always a way to reach a human — and our privacy policy & terms, published

• ImprovedYou can now just reply to our emails — every message we send carries a real reply address you can write straight back to.
• ImprovedA contact form on the sign-in screen ("Can't sign in? Contact us") and on our website, for when you can't get into the app at all. If your email matches an account it becomes a support ticket automatically.
• ImprovedSupport stays open even if your trial has ended or your subscription lapsed — Support stays in the sidebar next to Billing so you can always ask a question.
• FixedIf your account is ever suspended, the app now says so plainly and takes you to Billing, instead of showing you the full app with everything quietly failing.
• ImprovedOur Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are now published, linked from the footer of our website.

Email campaigns really send, much faster booking and saves, tidier records

• ImprovedYour online booking page now finds available times almost instantly, and stays that fast as your appointment history grows.
• ImprovedCheckouts, bookings and edits save several times faster.
• FixedChairPilot no longer pauses for a moment while its hourly safety backup runs — the backup now happens quietly in the background.
• ImprovedAdded extra protection against automated attacks on the sign-in page.
• NewEmail campaigns are delivered for real. They used to be marked "sent" without anything going out — if you ran an email campaign before today, it did not reach your clients. SMS campaigns were unaffected.
• FixedCampaign results now show what actually happened — how many were delivered, how many failed, and how many were skipped for having no email or phone number on file. Send a campaign and it reports back as it goes instead of making you wait.
• FixedClients who opted out of marketing are now excluded from every audience. The VIP, Lapsed and Online-bookers segments were still including them.
• NewEvery marketing email now carries an unsubscribe link, and one click removes that client from future campaigns. Appointment confirmations and reminders are never affected.
• ImprovedRequesting reviews without picking a client now messages your 50 most recent visitors rather than your entire client list.
• FixedFeatures that belong to a higher plan are now correctly limited to that plan. If something you were using disappears, it was not included in your tier — get in touch and we will sort it out.
• ImprovedLoyalty history now shows the last 12 months of point transactions in detail, with anything older summarised as a single "carried forward" line. Every point balance is exactly as it was — only the transaction-by-transaction list is condensed.
• ImprovedThe activity log now keeps 12 months of history instead of growing forever, which keeps ChairPilot quick as your salon builds up years of records.
• ImprovedClosed accounts are now kept for 90 days and then deleted. If you ever close your account we will email you first, and you can reopen or ask for a copy of your data any time in that window.

Faster, more resilient storage

• ImprovedUpgraded the storage engine so ChairPilot stays fast and reliable as your salon grows.

Already signed in? The site takes you straight in — and no more surprise sign-outs during updates

• FixedIf the app happened to load at the exact moment we were shipping an update, it could send you to the sign-in screen even though you were still signed in. It now waits a few seconds for the connection to come back and keeps you right where you were.
• FixedClicking "Portal login" on our website while you were already signed in used to sign you out and make you log in again. Now it takes you straight to your dashboard.

Stay signed in longer

• ImprovedStay signed in longer — regular use now keeps you logged in for up to 14 days, so you’re not signing back in all the time.

In-app notifications 🔔, an email when we reply, and a tidier ticket list

• NewSupport replies now land in your inbox as well as in Help & Support — no more checking back to see whether we answered.
• NewIdeas get an answer too: when a feature you requested (or voted for) is planned or ships, we email you.
• NewA new online booking, a cancellation or a completed sale now pops a little alert and a soft ding for everyone in the app — so nothing gets missed while you're on the floor.
• NewChoose which events fire in Settings → In-app notifications. Sales alerts go to owners & managers only — stylists just get the booking ones. Each person can mute the sound for themselves with the 🔔 next to their name.
• ImprovedRemove a ticket from your list when you’re done with it — it clears from your view, our support team keeps the conversation, and it comes back if we reply.

The welcome tour moves to Help & Support, and a banner for complimentary accounts

• ImprovedThe welcome tour now lives on the Help & Support page — replay it any time from there (it used to be tucked away in your account settings).
• FixedIf your account is complimentary — on the house — the Billing page now says so plainly, instead of showing a subscription warning or an old payment status.
• NewA gentle banner at the top of the app whenever your account is complimentary — dismissible, so it never gets in your way.

A welcome tour for new users, and complimentary access shown on Billing

• NewIf your account has been given complimentary access, Billing & Plan now shows it — including the date it runs through, so you always know when normal billing resumes.
• NewThe first time someone signs in, ChairPilot now walks them through the app in about a minute — what each screen is for and where to start. Owners and stylists each get their own version.
• NewReplay it whenever you like — “Replay tour” lives in My Account (click your name), and a “Don’t show this again” button retires it for good.

Refer & Earn 🎁

• NewRefer & Earn — share your referral code or link from Billing & Plan. Friends who sign up with it get their first month free, and you earn a free month every time one of them subscribes. No limit.
• NewThe sign-up form now has an optional referral code field — referral links fill it in automatically.

Smoother sign-in

• ImprovedSigning in from the website now always takes you to the sign-in screen — no more landing back in the live demo.
• ImprovedAdded a “Back to website” link on the sign-in screen so you can return to the homepage after signing out.

Clearer trial status, a safer sign-up, and staying signed in

• ImprovedThe Billing page and dashboard now clearly show when your free trial has ended, so your account status is never a surprise.
• ImprovedWhen your trial ends, ChairPilot now takes you straight to Billing to pick a plan — your data stays safe and everything unlocks the moment you subscribe.
• ImprovedSigning up now confirms your email on your first sign-in (a 6-digit code is sent automatically), so your account is verified and secure from day one.
• NewThe website has a new FAQ and security overview, so you can see exactly how ChairPilot Pro protects your business before you start.
• ImprovedYou now stay signed in through server maintenance and updates — no more surprise logouts (the normal 12-hour session limit still applies).

Billing & account status

• ImprovedIf your subscription is canceled or a payment doesn’t go through, ChairPilot now takes you straight to Billing so you can choose a plan or update your card and get back to work — your data is always safe and waiting.

Stay in the loop & sign in safely

• NewA dismissable “What’s new” note now appears on your dashboard so you never miss an update.
• ImprovedFor security, each account now stays signed in on one device at a time — signing in somewhere new signs out the previous device.

Subscribe without leaving the app, remember this computer, and security hardening

• ImprovedAdded security & privacy hardening to protect your data in transit.
• FixedAfter completing checkout you now return straight to your in-app billing page.
• ImprovedChoosing a plan now opens a secure checkout right inside ChairPilot — no more bouncing out to a separate page.
• NewNew “Remember this computer for 30 days” option at sign-in — skip the two-factor code on your own device for 30 days. Leave it unchecked on shared or public computers.

Pet Grooming joins Salons, Barbershops & Spas — plus card payments, automatic membership billing, roles and more

• NewPet Grooming mode — ChairPilot Pro now runs grooming businesses too. Pick your business type and the whole app speaks your language.
• NewPet records — keep multiple pets per client, each with breed, size, weight, coat, temperament, vet contact and notes.
• NewVaccination tracking with expiry — rabies and more are flagged as current, expiring soon, or overdue on each pet’s profile.
• NewBreed & size-based pricing — grooming services can price per size (Small → XL), and both your calendar and booking page quote the right price automatically.
• ImprovedA new “Playful Paws” theme and a friendlier brand picker.

• NewTurn features on or off — hide tools you don’t use (Inventory, Gift Cards, Memberships, Marketing, Loyalty, Reviews, Reports) from your sidebar in Settings.
• ImprovedYour plan’s limits are clearer — see your team-member usage on the Team page, and only the tabs your plan includes appear in the sidebar.
• FixedA cleaner sign-in screen and assorted bug fixes.
• ImprovedYour sidebar now shows only the tools included in your plan, so what you see matches your subscription.
• FixedFixed the alignment of your profile initials, plus other small bug fixes.
• NewNew Integrations page: connect payments, SMS and reviews, all in one place.
• NewCalendar sync — subscribe to your appointments in Google, Apple or Outlook. Each team member gets a private link to their own calendar, and owners get the whole book.
• NewLoyalty points can now be redeemed right at checkout for money off.
• ImprovedSearch and filter your transactions by date, client, amount, item or payment method.
• ImprovedSearch your gift cards by code, recipient or balance.
• FixedFixed the sidebar jumping back to the top when you switch pages.
• NewConnect payouts to take card payments at checkout and bill memberships — money goes straight to your own bank account.
• NewChoose who gets which emails: owners get business alerts (cancellations, low stock) and team members get their own booking activity.
• ImprovedThe Integrations page now walks you through setup step-by-step and shows exactly what’s connected.
• ImprovedYour business name is now protected — request a change and our team updates it for you, so it can’t be altered by accident.
• ImprovedYour email notification preferences now live on the Settings page, right next to your other business preferences.
• NewConnect Stripe and/or Square to take card payments (and Apple Pay) at checkout — money goes straight to your own account.
• NewPick your default processor when you have more than one connected.
• ImprovedCard sales now record which processor handled them and a transaction reference for easy reconciliation.
• NewSave a client’s card on file and charge it at checkout — great for regulars and no-show fees.
• NewRequire a deposit at booking (a percentage or a flat amount) and collect it right from the appointment.
• NewSend a client a secure payment link by text or email to pay an open balance from their phone.
• NewConnect a card reader (Stripe Terminal or Square) and take tap, chip and contactless payments right at the chair — pick “Card reader” at checkout.
• NewMemberships now bill automatically each cycle to the member’s card on file — every charge shows up in your sales.
• NewIf a member’s card fails, their membership is flagged “past due” and you’re emailed so you can follow up.
• ImprovedNew “Run billing now” button on the Memberships page to process anything due on demand.
• ImprovedSearch and filter your inventory (by name, SKU or category) and your members (by name, plan or status).
• NewAdd your own service categories on the fly — pick “Other” when creating a service and name a new category that sticks around.
• NewSet each team member’s weekly working hours (and days off) on the Team page — the booking page only offers times they actually work.
• NewRefund any sale — back to the original card, as store credit, or recorded as cash — in full or part.
• NewStore credit: keep a balance on a client and let them spend it at checkout. Adjust it any time from their profile.
• NewOnline bookings can now collect a deposit — make it required to confirm, or optional.
• ImprovedOut-of-stock products are dimmed at the register, and you’ll get a quick “sell anyway?” check if you ring up more than you have on hand.

Roles & permissions, custom logos, prettier emails

• NewStylists get their own focused dashboard — their appointments, clients, earnings and rating, just for them.
• NewUpload your own logo image in Settings → it shows across the app in place of the emoji.
• NewEmails are now beautifully branded — sign-in codes, invites and password resets included.

• ImprovedFriendlier, rotating welcome messages on sign-in and a little daily motivation on your dashboard.
• ImprovedYou can now sign in with a short username (not just an email).
• FixedSizing fixes: the desktop layout no longer hugs the left edge, and everything is much more fluid on iPhone.
